Restorative Reiki Retreat with Intuitive Water Painting

Join us for an evening of self care and relaxation!
The following is included with ticket purchase:
Intuitive Water Painting: Kelly (Whimsy by Kelly) will be teaching you how to play with water colors as a medium and help connect your intuition and creativity. All supplies are included with ticket cost and you are encouraged to bring home your creations from the retreat!
Private Reiki Session: You will receive a private reiki session from Julia (Your Health Root) or Michele (Four Corners Buffalo) on the second floor of Hiraeth House. A rotating schedule will be established during check in to allow for you to enjoy the other elements of the retreat while you wait for your turn to experience reiki.
Dinner: You will get yummy snacks, a warm nourishing meal, tea and a dessert to enjoy during the retreat (all nourishment will have Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options). Please reach out to julia@yourhealthroot.com with any meal concerns or questions.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Michele (Four Corners Buffalo) will be providing a sound bath for us to promote relaxation, relive tension and help the body restore balance.
Self Care Goodie Bag: At the end of the night you will get a goodie bag with self care items to encourage you to continue relaxing even after the event is over!
Doors will open at 3pm for the retreat. Parking is free on Delaware Ave (the street the house is on) so you can park out front.
Optional: Bring slippers or fuzzy socks to promote cozy vibes throughout the night 🙂
