What:
- Reiki style guided meditation (no experience needed) – Julia will guide you through a reiki meditation to restore balance
- Crystal bowl sound bath (no experience needed) – enjoy a sound bath to help your mind and body relax and release
Where:
- Niawanda Park: 200 Niagara St, Tonawanda, NY 14150
- Enter the park from Niagara St and Gibson St. and you will see us on the grass by the water
- Use the pictures of the map to help guide you
When:
- Friday, June 19th
- 7:30-8:30pm

Itinerary:

- 7:15-7:30 – Park and walk over to set up your space
- 7:30-7:35 – Welcome and introductions
- 7:35-8:00 – Reiki style guided meditation with Julia
- 8:00-8:25 – Crystal bowl sound bath with Meagan
- 8:25-8:30 – Slowly come back to the present and pack up
